Whether you’re new to fitness or you’re a workout fanatic, our Community Fitness group classes are designed to make you a well rounded athlete, with a balance of strength, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, speed and power, balance and coordination, agility, and mental resilience.
You’ll be building lean muscle mass, losing fat, and feeling your healthiest, surrounding by your community who will push you to try your best! We like to think we have pretty good music too, but you’ll have to come in to try it out!
These workouts are infinitely scalable and can be personalized to you, your fitness level, and your goals with the help of your coach in class!
All of our Community Fit Classes are coach-led, 60 minutes, and follow a planned and structured progression.
A certified and trained coach will guide you through a warm up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. Your Coach will supervise, correct movements, and will help you scale the workout to your fitness level - so all you have to focus on is getting in a good sweat!
